Prototyping

Prototypes are used to help refine part and mold design. By using prototypes, we can verify part and mold design and function, which helps reduce tooling costs and can avoid costly mold rework.

Often times a CAD model can’t show what our customers need to see, so we have a variety of options to meet our customers’ prototyping needs:

• SLA
• Urethane parts from silicone molds
• 3D printed
• Machined prototypes of metal or plastic
• Prototype tooling, single or multi-cavity
