Tool/Mold Construction

At Cashmere, we have two decades of tool building and tooling management experience. We provide a wide variety of tooling, including, but not limited to, single cavity, family, high cavity, scrapless (full hot runner) and bridge tooling. We offer two models of injection mold construction: in-house tooling and subcontract services.

In-house tooling
Using the latest design and prototyping technology, our in-house toolmakers construct high quality, low maintenance molds that meet and surpass the most demanding industry specifications and requirements. The in-house tooling model we offer gives customers the option to have high quality molds designed, built or repaired quickly and on short notice.

Subcontract services
Customers who opt to use our subcontract tooling services can still take advantage of our in-house design team, but once the design phase is complete, the use of trusted subcontractors gives our customers access to a variety of mold construction options. These options include stack molds, multi-shot molds and offshore tooling. Of course, Cashmere engineers manage all subcontracted tooling projects and all molds come with our quality and customer satisfaction guarantee.
